 About the COMEDK Entrance Exams

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Entrance Exam conduct own entrance test (COMEDK Entrance Exam) every year for admission to Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses in Professional Colleges within the State of Karnataka in respect of the seats falling to the share of the State Government. The COMEDK Entrance Exam will be conducted in the month of Every Year May. This test will be conducted for admission in COMEDK member institutions only. The score will be valid for 1 year only.

Whose eligible for this exam;-

Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, recognized by State / Central Government. Candidates must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks.

He/she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS course.

Diploma Candidates are not eligible to take COMEDK entrance test.

The COMEDK UGET Hall Ticket 2016 or Online TAT (test Admission Ticket) will be provided to the students via online only through the official site of the board. The admit card will contain the all particular details of the candidates. The candidates have to carry the TAT with them to the entrance test hall. The admit card will be uploaded on the official site of the board on third week of April 2016. We also will provide the link of admit card on the time of availability.

The result of COMEDK UGET result will be announced on last week of May 2016 on the official site of the board. We also will provide the link of admit card on the time of availability. Before announcing the result, the board will declare the answer key of the test and after the result the board will announce the rank card to the pass students.

The COMEDK UGET Counseling will be start on the second week of June onwards. The eligible candidates will be called for the counseling. The counseling procedure and allotment of the seats will be done on the basis rank, category and availability of the seats.
